Neda Jafri

Neda Jafri is a seasoned Human Capital Consultant and a strategic thinker with 19 years of experience and 15 years of progressive and professional HR Consulting experience mostly in the Middle East, with some of the top global consulting firms including Hay Group, Ernst & Young as well as Deloitte & Touche M.E. In her last role with HRSG Pakistan as Director, People & Business Advisory, Neda was responsible for spearheading the Consulting practice, and providing clients with leading practice HR solutions. Neda holds a deep understanding of varying business sectors and possesses a people-focused approach in order to create organizational value for clients by linking their
vision, strategy and purpose to effective business results. Neda has been responsible for business development at a country-level managing and leading large scale projects and teams across the Human Capital spectrum to include advice and assistance to clients towards achievement of sustainable HR solutions. Neda has also led HR training programs and Reward related conferences across Qatar, Kuwait and the U.A.E. Neda’s experience includes providing strategic HR solutions for both public and private sector clients regionally and internationally to meet their organizational development and change management requirements.

Neda has a Masters degree in Business administration (MBA) from the Institute of Business Management (IoBM) Karachi and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration (BBA) Honors from the Institute of Business Management (IoBM) Karachi. She is a Certified Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) and a Certified Hogan Level 1 Assessor, as well as a certified TTE (Thriving Index Assessor) and a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and World at Work Society, USA.
