An international Tyre Manufacturing and Distribution company is looking to hire Senior Manager finance for its karachi office.

• Financial Strategy: Developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with the organization’s goals, assessing financial risks, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Creating annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis to track performance against financial targets.
• Financial Reporting: Preparing accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for management and stakeholders.
• Compliance and Governance: Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and compliance standards, as well as managing relationships with auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Team Leadership: Supervising and mentoring a team of finance professionals, delegating tasks, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Cost Management: Identifying cost-saving initiatives and optimizing financial processes to improve efficiency.
• Investment Analysis: Evaluating potential investments, mergers, or acquisitions to support informed decision-making.
• Risk Management: Assessing and mitigating financial risks through insurance, hedging, and other risk management strategies.
• Strategic Planning: Providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making by the executive team.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicating financial information and insights to senior management, board members, and other stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Partly qualified ACCA, CA, ICMA.
• Must have 10-15 years of experience in project costing
• Must have expertise in Project Budgeting and costing
