A leading company in Textile sector is looking to hire Manager GRC for its karachi facility.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for developing a thorough understanding of the activities of the audited function, evaluating the control system and suggesting improvements that would help the company achieve its objectives
• Perform GAP Analysis and Process Improvement Assignments
• Evaluate the effectiveness and adequacy of controls in place through analytical procedures, direct observation,
• documents review, recalculations, etc.
• Responsible for maintaining risk and control matrix
• Analyze the data, reports and available resources to identify control lapses
• Prepare SOP for suggested process and controls
• Participate in Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
• Perform other duties as requested by management
• Train, coach and delegate staff as and when required

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:

• ACCA/CA finalist
• Articleship from Big 4 Audit firm
