JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Development of staff to ensure annual goals are complete and communicated.
  • Monitor and evaluate team members, and adjust training where needed.

  • Perform general management duties, exercising usual authority concerning staff, performance appraisals, promotions and terminations.

  • responsible for the complete scope of the Supply chain & Logistics function such as Demand & Supply Planning, Inventory, Capacity Planning & other Execution activities such as Procurement, Warehousing, Transportation, Imports & Export including Cost and Freight Management.
  • Organize / manage the supply chain & Logistics function within a given entity and ensure compliance with the regional Supply Chain & Procurement strategy.
  • Overseeing supply chain organization in the country, People management and leadership (Recruitment /Selection / Training & Development / Coaching / Conflict Management / Performance Management).
  • Identify and lead Supply Chain improvement projects in the country. Identify process bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
  • Establishing a strong Sales & Operations Planning Process in the Country for Demand & Supply Balancing.
  • Supplier’s Management & Developing Outsourcing Capabilities.
  • Control the Inventory & Maintain Inventory Targets.
  • Driving efficiency in Supply Chain & logistics to improve service level & reduce costs.
  • Coordinate with Suppliers & Logistics partners to get the right material at the right time.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and CS teams.
  • Lead BCP (Business Continuity Plan) from Supply end.
  • Responsible for managing the EFS (Exporters Facilitating Scheme) program within the organization and driving changes in processes required in any function.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations.
  • ensure and drive improvements in supply chain process and technology to deliver first-class results.
  • Implementation of sustainable systems and procedures.
  • Control and improve stock levels / obsolete stock levels.
  • Owner of subcontracting process (selection, approval).
  • Owner of the Delivery stream Strategy at the plant.

REQUIREMENTS

  • MBA / Degree in Supply Chain / Bachelors in Engineering.
  • 10+ years SCM or related experience, with 5+ year’s supervisory or lead experience preferred.
  • FMCG and manufacturing sectors candidates would be preferred
AM Factory sales/ Key Accounts Lead

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage assigned territory sales and ensure target achievement
  • Gather information from vendors regarding new business; products and RBO. Uncover and assess customer needs and develop and execute Value Proposition.
  • Forecast business potential of vendors in the region and verify for material and capacity planning purpose.
  • Create and manage territory and account strategies to deliver on price and mix objectives.
  • Provide product recommendations, samples, technical support, pricing and service information on demand
  • Provide product quotes and actively utilize value-selling tools and skills.
  • New product sample development and getting approval.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of market conditions (e.g. current customers, potential customers. Competitors) In assigned territory. And develop a strategy to achieve revenue goals.
  • Coordinate with C.S depart for appropriate delivery dates and also discuss credit facility with finance depart.
  • Participate In territory planning, customer planning and territory reviews. Develop and present SWOT analysis and make recommendations on products and growth opportunities.
  • Maintain customer profile and supply agreements.
  • Proactively identify new accounts using screening techniques, referrals, and prospecting to potential customers within territory.
  • Use account management skills to plan and execute customer marketing! Growth programs for customers.

Establish pricing programs and strategies. Secure optimum product positioning within target accounts.

EHS Manager

A global retail appeal solution company is looking to hire EHS Manager for its karachi facility

Budget is 250-300K

  • Implantation of company EHS compliance programs and develops facility specific procedures that ensure compliance with regulatory and Company requirements.
  • Implements and Integrates Company EHS programs and develops facility specific procedures that ensure compliance with regulatory and Company policies.
  • Actively participates in development of EHS program components: operational procedure, work instructions, training material, standards, etc.
  • Requirements include integration of environmental, health and safety management systems with engineering and program documentation and schedules to maintain regulatory compliance and safe operating conditions.
  • Reduce liability within a facility and ensure all safety and environmental recommendations are completed and documented.
  • Compile process safety information for each covered process and keep it readily accessible to process employees and management as well as updated on an annual basis.
  • Use a structured processes scorecard to measure and communicate EHS performance with both leading results and indicators.
  • Track and regularly report the status of regulatory compliance and improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain EHS 300 log, form 101, and all other governmental and corporate database records.
  • Serve as a resource to the site manager in regards to EHS matters and act as daily point of contact for all EHS issues. Assists line and staff management in understanding EHS regulations and standards, including guidance on handling EHS compliance, inspections, and citations.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering / Science or related field. Bachelors in mechanical / chemical/ electrical engineering or Industrial Safety along with diploma or certification in compliance. Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
